Custom website design for real estate company, Scarlet Union Properties, of Columbus, Ohio.  Bluetera created this new tenant portal and content management system that allows Scarlet Union Properties to showcase their apartments in the OSU area for rent.  It also provides a content management system that allows our Client to quickly and easily manage their content, their tenant profiles, maintenance tickets, and payment system from any device anywhere in the world.

Tenants can log into their profile, submit maintenance requests, manage existing requests, see invoices, and pay invoices online.

The new website is mobile friendly with responsive design.  It is search engine friendly.  It was designed to allow for expansion as the Client’s business grows.
